This policy explains how Nooikko LLC handles information when you visit the Nooikko website or contact us. Secret Search has a separate policy for information handled by the app.
The website and the app
This is an informational website with app details, support information and privacy policies. It does not have visitor accounts, checkout, a newsletter form or a contact form. Contact links open your email app. We do not display advertising on this website.
Opening a website page from Secret Search is a website visit, separate from anything the app does.
Serving and protecting the website
Vercel hosts the website. When you request a page, Vercel and the network services delivering it process information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security-related request details. This is used to deliver content, maintain reliability and prevent abuse.
Information you email us
If you email us, our email provider processes your address, message and attachments so that we can receive and answer your request. Sending email is optional. Please include only information relevant to the request and avoid passwords or sensitive personal information.
We use correspondence to provide support, resolve privacy requests and keep relevant follow-up records. We do not use support email to sign you up for marketing.
Retention, recipients and security
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or meet legal obligations. Vercel’s hosting and security records follow the retention arrangements for the services and plans we use.

The website uses HTTPS in production. We restrict access to service dashboards and support correspondence. Providers may process information in other countries; where required, appropriate safeguards must cover international transfers. Backups may persist for their applicable backup cycle after active records are deleted.
